Tea is an immersive experience, an original human technology, which helps us modern folk to remember who we are beyond our digital tools and the attendant stresses that take hold of our consciousness, our attention, and our nervous systems.

Gong Fu means ‘effort’. In the elegant Chinese tea ritual known as gong fu cha (tea with effort), the implication is that time — presence — and dedication will produce a profound tea experience. This brewing method is a sensory rich experience that will slow you down — to relish in nuance and create necessary space for self-reflection.

Digital Wellness refers to the state of balance that each individual using technology is capable of achieving. By creating space for contemplation through tea and cultivating emotional intelligence, only then can we engage in intentional tech use (remember tech-life balance?)

Tea as a daily ritual is a transformative act of self-care during these uncertain times.
