13 hrs and 28 minutes. On average we spend 1.8 hours eating, 6.8 hours sleeping and 13 hours and 28 minutes in front of a screen, everyday. We are now spending the majority of our waking hours in front of digital screens, impacting our ability to self-regulate mind and body. We'll discuss the physical and psychological effects of screen time as it pertains to our sleep quality and eye health and the role blue light plays on our eyes and sleep-wake cycles.
