Dr. Anna Lomanowska is a researcher and educator in Cyberpsychology. She is the director of the Digital Well-Being Lab and Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Laval University in Quebec City, Canada. Her research focuses on understanding how digital technologies can be used to foster positive social connections and interpersonal well-being. Anna has presented her work at numerous academic and professional conferences, including A Mindful Society and TEDx. Through knowledge translation and education, Anna applies research-informed insights on the influence of technology on human behavior and well-being to a broader audience.
